        The second book in the series is the only book that has no characters involved from the other books and the characters of this book are not part of any of the other books.
        In this book we have a plane crashing down in the Cascade Mountains. A group of four is getting there to see if there are any survivors. At the last moment former US marshall Alex Kinton is added to the team. What the rest of them don't know is that Alex has a great reason to find out what happened to the plane passengers. Among them is not just a fellow officer and friend, but also a serial killer who murdered many deffensless people, but also Alex's brother. He will do anything to find out if the killer is dead.         But on the team is also forensic nurse Brynn Nealey. And with her on the team, Alex doesn't know if he can go through with his plan.
